OCEAN MINT is a one-unit rental villa located in the beach area of Minami-Boso City.

It started when I bought a villa to spend my weekends to relax and get away from the busy work life in the city.

We opened our first rental villa in September 2022, hoping that people who are busy working every day would also be able to enjoy this luxurious time while spending the whole day relaxing by the sea.

Thanks to the positive feedback we have received from guests, we now operate five rental villas.

All of the buildings have ocean views. We are very particular about the location so that you can spend time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and be in touch with nature.

Take a deep breath and relax while feeling the pleasant sea breeze on your skin. At night, the sky is filled with stars. The beauty of the stars is breathtaking, as if you were at the top of a mountain.

At the local fresh fish store, you will find fresh seafood that you will never encounter in Tokyo supermarkets. Buying fresh seafood and eating it together at your rental villa is a very luxurious experience.

When I was studying abroad, I encountered vacation rentals at a beach resort when I was spending weekends with friends.
