There are up to 4 bedrooms: the Japanese-style room on the 1st floor, the large hall on the 2nd floor and the room on the 3rd floor. Guests can also sleep in the living room.

1st floor: 24-tatami LDK and 9-tatami Japanese-style room

The 1st floor has a living, dining and kitchen area of 24 tatami mats and a Japanese-style room of 9 tatami mats. The living room has a fireplace-style heater.

The 2nd floor is a hall of 20 tatami mats with a projector and screen.

The 3rd floor is an attic-like room of 6.8 tatami mats. It has a children's tent, so kids can play as if in a secret hideout.

Staying at this house

OCEAN RESORT MINT is a three-story cottage with a triangular roof, near Nojimazaki Lighthouse.

From the guest rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, you can look out over the sea.

The interior is finished in wood, so it feels like a lodge even though it stands by the sea.

The 3rd floor feels like a hideaway, and we have set up a tent there.

The rocky shore is a 3-minute walk away.

A swimming beach in a small cove is also within walking distance, so families with children can play there with peace of mind.

On the lawn of more than 100 tsubo (about 330 m²), you can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the sea.

Amenities and facilities

KitchenWe provide tableware, pots, frying pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and more. Seasonings are not provided.
Bath, washroom and toiletsThe bathroom is on the 1st floor. There is one toilet on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor.
For childrenThere is a children's tent on the 3rd floor. We provide one baby futon set. There is no baby cot, baby chair or children's tableware.
BBQThere is a covered BBQ area and a lawn garden. We lend a BBQ grill, grill net and tongs free of charge. Please bring your own charcoal and firewood.
ToiletriesWe provide bath towels, face towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and a hair dryer.
Appliances and AVThere is a projector and screen on the 2nd floor and a fireplace-style heater in the 1st-floor living room. There is also a TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

Rates are for renting the whole of OCEAN RESORT MINT for one night.

Stays of 3 nights or more are 20% off the nightly rate. Pre-holiday nights are Saturdays and nights before public holidays. High season is 28 Dec to 3 Jan, 29 Apr to 4 May and 17 Jul to 28 Aug. Please contact us about whether rates include tax.

How to book

  1. Choose your dates on the availability calendar.
  2. Enter your name, the number of guests and your credit card. Your booking is confirmed right away.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email.
  4. We will send you check-in instructions after you book.

Cancellation fees and payment

Cancellation fees are 20% from 30 to 7 days before arrival, 50% from 6 to 2 days before, and 100% on the day before and the day of arrival.

Payment is by credit card in advance only. The card you register when booking is charged automatically 3 days before check-in. For bookings made within 3 days of check-in, it is charged right after booking. Payment on site is not available.
